Shipping Policy

$6.99 on domestic orders $100+

$9.99 flat rate shipping on domestic orders up to $100

Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, & U.S. Territories: A $23 shipping surcharge will be added to shipments for these regions.

Puerto Rico & Guam: A $10 shipping surcharge will be added to shipments for these regions.

Oversized Shipping: Certain items will incur an additional oversized shipping fee as noted in that product’s description. Oversized items shipping outside of the Continental US will be estimates. We will call you with exact shipping charges.

Domestic orders shipped via: United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested.

  • We ship orders Monday through Friday via United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Most USPS orders received by 3:00 PM CST Monday through Friday will be shipped that day. Standard shipping options are NOT guaranteed for delivery.
  • If you have an exact date your order is needed, it is best to contact Customer Service to verify stock and to request guaranteed delivery options.

International Shipping

Returns

Our returns policy is clear and simple:

  • Returns of purchased items are not available unless otherwise arranged.

Exchanges

We offer a replacement item if the one you have received was damaged during manufacture or shipping:

  • Call us at 702-857-5755 to arrange a replacement if you received your items damaged.
  • We do not offer replacements for the normal wear and tear of dog toys

Warranty Information

Normal wear and tear does not cover dog chewing, straight cuts or any other activity that is deemed outside the scope of designed use. This will be deemed by Run Dawg at their sole discretion upon visual or physical inspection.
